What the forms on this site collect, and how to opt out.

WHAT THE FORMS COLLECT
Booking form: your name, phone number, email, the service, date and time you pick, and your answers to a few questions (how you heard about me, what you want to work on, your current putter, a rough handicap).
Contact form: your name, email, phone number if you add it, and your message.
Drill cards sign-up: your first name, email, phone number if you add it, and where you usually play.
The site is built on Wix, which also collects standard technical information like your browser type and pages visited. See Wix’s own privacy policy for details on that.
WHAT I USE IT FOR
To run your booking: confirm it, remind you, and reach you if something changes. To reply to your message. To send you what you asked for, like the drill cards. To send tips, news and open lesson times, but only if you ticked the box for email or text messages.
If you tick the email box, I’ll send occasional putting tips and news, a few emails a month at most. Every one has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed. Booking emails (confirmations, reminders, cancellations) are sent to everyone who books, because they are part of the service.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you tick the text message box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Scott Curry Putting at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages a month. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also text (619) 726-1904 and ask to be removed. Ticking the box is optional, and you can still book lessons without it.
WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION
Your information stays with me. I don’t sell it, rent it or share it with other businesses for their marketing. The tools I use to run the site, store contacts and send emails (Wix and its services) process the information on my behalf.
HOW LONG I KEEP IT
I keep your contact details while you are a student or on my list. If you ask me to delete your information, I will.
